Chakola’s Hospitality Private Limited is founded by a couple Paul and Prency in 2020 with a mission to promote responsible practices in top-tier hospitality. From exotic beach villas and luxurious residences to boutique hotels and resorts and home-stays, our projects are innovative, sustainable and representative of the unique and outstanding beauty of their location. Every unit in our portfolio is special, surprising even, with its own take on life.
Paul and Prency have spent the last two decades living in different parts of the globe experiencing different cultures and continue to do so, especially now with their little boy, Emmanuel.

Paul guards and nurtures Chakola’s Hospitality culture by emphasizing the beliefs and values of the company. He is a senior hospitality industry professional with twenty plus years of management experience with some leading five-star luxury hotels and resorts around the globe. His experience spans from SEA Asia, Africa, Europe and US with some well-reputed international hotel & resort brands.
Prency Paul Chakola - Managing Partner & Creative Director
Prency has the vital role of creating and overseeing all Chakola’s Hospitality interior designs and exterior landscaping. Passionate about the environment and sustainability, Prency’s real flair is in her impeccable taste, innovative and unconventional ideas and her overall daring approach that ensures a different ‘feel’ for every project. Her attention to detail is what makes Chakola’s Hospitality projects very unique.
